- Personal & Professional Data: First name, last name, business email address, job title, and country/region, collected during event registration or diagnostic submissions.
- Corporate & Organizational Data: Company name, industry classification, organization size, operational bottlenecks, governance structure, and diagnostic responses submitted via our scorecards and assessments.
- Client Engagement Data: Information shared during consulting engagements, including operational, financial, and strategic data disclosed for the purpose of advisory work under a signed engagement or retainer agreement.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data on the basis of: your consent (e.g., submitting a form), the necessity of processing to perform a contract (e.g., a signed advisory or retainer agreement), and our legitimate business interests in operating and improving our services, in each case consistent with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA) and applicable regulations of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

- Diagnostic Reporting & Analysis: Processing operational data to benchmark execution health and generate assessment insights.
- Advisory Services: Delivering consulting engagements, identifying eligibility for complimentary sessions (e.g., 20-minute 1-on-1s), and fulfilling retainer obligations.
- Corporate Communications: Sending relevant frameworks, newsletters, and updates (opt-out available anytime).
- Website Functionality: Cookies and analytics to understand site usage and improve user experience — see Section 8.
5. Confidentiality & Third-Party Processing
- Corporate Confidentiality: Company performance data, operational friction points, diagnostic scores, and any information disclosed during a consulting engagement remain strictly confidential and are never published, shared, or aggregated without explicit written consent.
- No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or corporate data.
- Processors: Data is stored and processed using service providers bound by confidentiality obligations (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, Mailchimp, and any form/automation tools used to operate our diagnostics). We remain responsible for data handled by these processors on our behalf.
- International Transfer: Where data is processed or stored outside Nigeria (e.g., via cloud service providers), we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with NDPA requirements.
6. Data Security & Breach Notification
We enforce administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal and corporate data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected individuals and, where required, the NDPC, within the timeframes required by applicable law.

We retain personal contact data and corporate diagnostic records only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, satisfy consulting or contractual obligations, or meet legal/regulatory requirements — after which data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Our services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
